Child-Focused Comment in Response to DHS Public Charge NPRM

110 national, state, and local children’s advocacy organizations submitted the comment in response to DHS’ proposed rule on public charge. The comment highlights the improvements in the proposed rule as well as makes recommendations to strengthen rule for children and families.
